Something was wrong. Wade hadn’t contacted her in weeks. She knew he had gone off on some paid job... he wasn’t returning her calls, he hadn’t come to see Will like he usually did when he got back, or even sent the money he always insisted on sending Will. She was worried at this point. Finally, the Sorceress made up her mind.
Casey went to the man’s apartment, just hoping to find him safe at this point. Had something happened while he was away? Was he hurt? She knew he had his healing factor... but it didn’t keep her from worrying. As she walked up to the door, she could already hear commotion inside. Good, at least that meant he was home. Knocking on the door, she waited a moment. “Wade? Wade, open the door, it’s me.”

She wasn't sure what he wanted, she wasn't sure of what she wanted either to be fair. There was a grin as she glanced to him, stepping closer. She seemed to be in a good mood, which was a plus considering how angry she had been, how angry she still felt. It was manageable for the most part, especially around those she had no need to be angry at. Wade was one of those. Mildly irritating at times, but generally someone she could stand to be around.
