Trip to Evansville, IN
This week we were able to spend sometime in Evansville, IN. While there we were able to visit Carson's Brewery, Tin Man Brewing, and Turoni's Pizzery & Brewery.
At Tin Man Brewing you’re greeted by a great artistic robotic design with their logo and the theme continued inside. A nice draft list of about 10+ of their brews plus some guest taps. They are an all age establishment with a small dining room and separate bar rail. Overall an O.K. experience 7.5 out of 10.
At Carson's Brewery we were greeted by friendly staff, great clientele, and the most AMAZING draft and bottle selection I've ever seen at a micro brewery. They have a wide variety on tap from Barrel Aged Sour Barley-wines to Dark Stouts. Also a great selection on hand for carry-out from the usual cans to bottles of 8 different Barrel Aged beers. Superb patio for sitting out side and drinking great beers and they even sell cigars if you want to relax and have a smoke with your beer. Overall a great experience and I can not wait to get back there 10 out of 10.
At Turoni's Pizzery and Brewery it's more of a restaurant that also brews it's own beer. Turoni's has been in Evansville for over three decades. All the beers were good and we wished we had more time to try the food. hopefully on the next trip.
We highly recommend anytime or chance you get to be in Evansville, IN to check all of these locations out and please share your experience with us.
