This is a fellow reminder to my dear 45 followers (and whoever else sees this) to MOVE and EXERCISE even for FIVE MINUTES a day. Else you might end up like me with an S shaped spine and the complete inability to breath fully bc my ribs are also screwed.

And if you are a teenager with still developing bones don't sleep too much on one side if you have a really soft bed. I'm pretty sure this is how I got scoliosis in the first place
