My issue with the status quo/societal expectations is that They want me to do one thing. That's it, pick one and do it, 40 hours a week. The monotony of that terrifies me.
I want to grow mushrooms, use what I know about aseptic technique and microbiology to start the little fungi in agar slants and then transfer to logs and watch as they grow more and more and then eat them in stir fry.
I want to grow spirulina and chlorella, diatoms. For supplements and for food for my pets and to share and to just do because algae are freakin incredible.
I want to help set up hydroponics/urban farms in places people thought couldn't produce food. Overthrow this bullshit white middle class suburbia ideal of a turf grass lawn and replace it with edible gardens. Make hydroponics systems that would make both Macgyver and Jack O'Neill proud.
I want to promote the idea of crickets as a sustainable protein source for pet food (and humans!). Normalize insects as a food source.
I want to help people to stop feeding their pets shitty foods just because it comes from a well known brand, whose 11 billion dollar profit is not from providing the gold standard in nutrition, but running ads, influencing those in the industry, cutting corners, and benefiting from extraordinarily lax food standards and conflicts of interests
I want to start seeds and share tiny little plants with people
. I want to learn about the role of bacteriophages in soil/marine ecologies. Look at how we are going to feed astronauts in space, and on Luna.
I wanna be in ST fan films, because those sets are to die for. I'm good at acting, can spat techno babble, will learn my lines (which some of your performers um....clearly didn't do) and overall demeanor works well for any division. Just sayin'.
The two part series: Woes of being Rapunzel
1. So hard to get all my hair in a selfie. My camera enjoys the blurred aesthetic
2. Why are selfies so hard. Hair on point, roommates messy as fuck
Never let me wear dark lipstick. Or makeup in general. Because I will just sit here and take selfies...
Take THAT girl who always posts first.
WHOS THE FUCKING TWO WEEK AHEAD OF THE CLASS OVER ACHERVIER NOW!?!?!?!?!
