Hi. Is The Night Watch movie based on Sarah Water's novel? I love Fingersmith and Tipping The Velvet and I read The Night Watch was a really good book.

Yep it's based on the novel, but actually they changed the ending for a bit. Nothing major, I still loved it. All her adaptations in my opinion are great, if you love Sarah Waters so much you should watch Affinity too =)
