I've read through Ferox's character arc in your buildin, and I wanna ask:
Where in WWI was he active?
(I am just thinking if he'd meet with my Vlad there XD)
And was he in WWII as well?

Although vampires have never identified themselves with a particular state in the war, Ferox can unofficially be considered to belong to the British Army and the Entente. (Anyway, he had been wearing a British military uniform of the time.) As far as I know, Romania also sided with the Entente, so this makes even more sense. 😅
During the war, he was in Romania itself (not for too long), but also was being dragged along the Eastern Front, staying close to the troops of the Russian Empire. He also spent a great amount of time during the war on the territory of Polish lands (his boss/probation officer is Polish). As for the major battles, it couldn't be said that he was directly involved in them every time, his main task was to carry out orders and lead the soldiers under his command (again according to the boss' orders). Specifically in WWI, there were almost no serious vampires vs vampires skirmishes, they focused on manipulating humans' actions.
Yes, he absolutely participated in WWII! (WWII had battered him much more.) He simply wouldn't be allowed to miss that many events. And besides, he has acquired the skills of shooting and manning several vehicles since those exact times.
