Ok I have serious issues with how Xufeng's motivation for the last arc of Ashes of love is: Runyu killed me and my parents. And I wanna believe him and I can see why people would assume Runyu is the cause of it all (and I totally invite analysis and discussion) but in my mind:
1. Jinmi killed Xufeng. Like actually, she stuck the knife in. And maybe how those events came to be are umm....a long list of causes but Jinmi still killed Xufeng. Not Runyu.
2. Taiwei killed himself, because Xufeng was killed and Runyu became Emperor because the vassals chose him
3. Runyu might have pressured Tuyao into giving up the fight, but he didn't kill her. Other than locking her up in her bloody palace as compared to the prison, he didn't do anything. Tuyao also killed herself, willingly.
So what the fuck Xufeng?
