Vanessa Ives is tormented gothic heroine, a powerful clairvoyant medium and a target of demons and witches alike, Lucifer himself wants Vanessa as his bride. She is intelligent, poised, mysterious while also being tormented, lonely and vulnerable. Desperately wanting a "normal" life after years of supernatural possession, Vanessa learns to embrace her gifts and eventually ends up making the ultimate sacrifice to stop the darkness.
Eva Green is incredible in this series, and Vanessa Ives is just a brilliant and dark character that gives you so much depth.
