jacob anderson sharing my "odd" phobia which is frogs is lovely in a haunting, direful way but hearing people immediately dial in on "joke about this" when he mentions it is infuriating. a frog phobia is one people love to joke about. extra twisty and insidious is that jacob's phobia is linked to his mum's abusive ex-partner. [i've had people straight up google images of frogs when they hear, flash them to me when i am not expecting it, and say, "oooo. but oh my god! frogs are so cute."] like. you mention you have a frog phobia and suddenly the person you are speaking to has never interacted with another person ever before on earth.
