To answer your question, I feel as if it'd be a 50/50 gamble type of thing. While it'd be funny, it'd probably be unfair and boring after sometime after they're guaranteed to respawn in the killer's gut. Gotta keep up that surprise factor, after all!

I mean- it'd be boring to have a guaranteed prey every other round. More amusing for the 2p3ctr3 if it's a chance thing.
