OMG. I finally figured out my user name and password problem with unemployment website. So i am sharing it just in case one of you are having the same problem. I added the screen shoots to show you what i was getting. It took over one hundred calls, several emails and faxes with no luck. If you get this message on unemployment website then you need to go to the work in texas website. Click forgotten user name, password, or retrieve both.
