So I just got to episode 6x10 in my The Walking Dead rewatch with my daughter, and that was probably the lightest, funniest and sweetest episode of the show, if that can even be said about any episode of that show. Jesus had one of the best introductions ever ("Not that guy!") and Rick and Daryl's run was just so hilarious from start to end ("Stupid of us to go out there." "Yep." "Do it again tomorrow?" "Yep."). Finding Deanna was bittersweet, Carl's "it should be someone who loves you... I'd do it for you" and his hug with Michonne were so heartwarming, and then there was this of course

And even the ending with Jesus sneaking into their bedroom was hilarious OMG. To think how bad it's gonna be soon gives me chills though.

Just wanted to slide into your asks to talk about that 6x10 kiss since it was on my mind. You know the one after rick removed his gun and dove right in? That shit was straight fire.

Straight. Fire. Two and a half years later, I still watch that scene with butterflies. And that kiss after Rick puts his gun on the table is truly one of the sexiest things I’ve ever seen on television. The way he’s smiling as he goes in, you can see the love and joy on his face, but also, him knowing they’re about to get. it. in.

It was suuuch a perfect moment (despite it being cut right when it was getting goodt) and I will forever be thankful we got to witness this. 😩
