Okay, so it was an idea. It seemed like a good one at the time. Now Pandora wasn't so sure. She supposed asking Lily if she knew how to ice skate before taking her onto a frozen lake would have been a good idea. At least a skating rink could be better; there's something stable to hold on to.
But this view was just too pretty to pass up. Which view, the one of Lily, struggling to keep her footing on the frozen ice, or the background of trees and mountains in the distance? (Definitely Lily, she was biased, sue her)
"Panda, I really don't know what I'm doing", Lily said in that concentrating voice he always used when thinking about a problem she needed fixed.
Pandora giggled and spun in a little loop before sliding to a stop right in front of Lily. Their height difference was small, Pandora being only an inch, give or take, shorter than Lily.
"Here," she reached out her hand for her girlfriend to take, which Lily did.
Pandora attempted to balance both of them, but you see, the ice is very slippery, and Pandora is quite easy to distract, especially by red hair and freckles. So she really couldn't be blamed for them falling on top of each other.
She also couldn't be blamed for leaning down to press a soft kiss to Lily's lips.
But by the smile on her girlfriend's face, maybe this was a good idea anyway.
