There is a set of rules to follow to safely interact with an Ouija board. Do not play in a graveyard. Do not be disrespectful to whoever you're talking to. Never play alone. Always say goodbye. Do not touch the Ouija board if you are a non-believer.

Stiles is ready to break all of those rules and more if it means Theo will be back by his side. With his friends refusing to help him, Stiles has to turn to much older methods. A deal with a demon. Using a Ouija board might be not a conventional method, but it's the fastest one he could come up with. Nobody specified how to strike the deal either, and a demon is a demon. If this doesn’t work, Stiles at the very least has the chance to get answer to his questions. 

Ever since the nogitsune, demons don’t seem that scary anymore. Plus, a story like his spreads like wildfire; especially in Hell. Stiles isn’t worried about being rejected, and he doesn't care about the consequences either. Not now, at least. They’re going to haunt him for the rest of his life anyway, so he’s going to deal with them once he can hold Theo close again.

Despite everything that happened between them, despite everything Theo has done ever since he returned to Beacon Hills, Stiles couldn’t stay away from him. There’s something about Theo that keeps pulling him in, pulling him close. Late night calls become late night visits become something Stiles is afraid to put a name on. Although he didn’t want to have any secrets anymore, he decides to keep his relationship with Theo hidden from the world. At least for a little while longer. 

This little secret will be the least of his problems when a game played during sleepovers turns out to be the catalyst for the end of his life as he knows it. Because Bloody Mary doesn’t kill randomly. She comes for those hiding deadly secrets.

With his secret out in the open, Stiles is safe from her vengeance. Theo, on the other hand, has yet to come clean about every person he killed. However, Theo isn’t the only one with a target on his back. Mary has her eyes set on somebody else; someone who Stiles did not expect would ever be involved in a murder — not after what happened when he found out the truth about Donovan’s death. 

Scott. 

In a race against a vengeful spirit, Stiles finds himself at a crossroads. If everything goes according to plan, he has the chance to keep both of them alive… if not, Stiles has to decide who he is going to sacrifice in order to protect the other and kill Mary once and for all.
