19  -  something you don't like about yourself?

milo has always been insecure about her ability to meet others’ expectations. she doesn’t like that she’s so pressed about pleasing others all the time, but for better or for worse, it’s just how she is. she just wants to keep you safe and make you happy and she WILL subconsciously get anxious about it.

20  -  something you do like about yourself?

she likes her self discipline! as a result of this skill she’s very good at task management and staying fit and she thinks thats very sexy of her

eyes moving downwards to the floor for a moment to collect her thoughts, after the tiny nap she had on the couch. only glancing up with a weak smile when he ruffled her hair, while she reached up to rub at her eyes slowly to rub the sleep out of her eyes. her eyebrows furrowing together when he was about to explain a ‘freaky ass dream’ stirring a few questions in her head. 

though the mention of the movie caused her to sit up slightly in thought, glancing down. “..can we watch..” she trailed off glancing over for a moment. “star wars?” she grinned glancing back soon scooting closer to badger on the couch. “...and what’s a freaky ass dream?” she glanced up blinking at the other.

she couldn’t sleep so of course, her mind wandered and then she simply sat on the floor making bracelets carefully specifically for badger and pete. she paused turning her head to peer over her shoulder to see badger who was awake now, she sat up as a smile formed on her lips. “hi badger!” soon enough holding up the bracelet she was working on for him. “i’m makin’ you a bracelet!” 

“see?” it was a simple stretchy band that she was putting on little beads, she was mildly attempting to spell out ‘friend’. but she didn’t grasp how to properly spell that, but she attempted anyway. soon enough pushing herself up to her feet to rush over so he could get a proper look. “i’m almost finished.” she proudly grinned.

you can see the disappointment in her face as the words roll out of his mouth. bunny will sleep when she’s dead!  ( if only to avoid the nightmares that litter her sleep )  

she waves his comment away and proceeds to finish cutting the lines on the table. barbara’s night is only getting started. with, our without him.

The seats are hard plastic and set in a circle reminiscent of Will's high school lit years. The arrangement is purposefully vulnerable and Will finds detaching particularly difficult in such a setting. But, thats part of this, the going. There's a lot to process and Will never speaks, just listens as people share their grievances and regrets.

He tries himself, every once in a while. To leave the whiskey on it's shelf unbothered. The effort is hardly stringent, not even by a stretch, but attending AA is a push just enough to remind Will of where he never wants to take his vices. How to stay just on the cusp of the precipice.

Some certainly found it cathartic. Others, like Will, kept repenting to themselves.

     Which leads Will to turn to the man at his side and say, ❝If you're here to speak you should sit on the other side. This half never goes.❞

After all, he'd been new once.

     ❝ please just leave me alone! ❞    thin digits with black painted nails slowly slide up to pierced ears, legs crumbling underneath her small frame as she falls to the ground, tears rolling down her cheeks.  the cameras and phones surrounding her are overwhelming, the female just hopes someone helps her out of the situation.      ❝ just stop, please. ❞
