linocut patches of shar’s symbol as it appears on shadowheart’s chain shirt and the dark justicar armor in bg3 🗡️🌑🛡️ i read the twilight war trilogy recently and it really enamored me with shar as an embodiment of annihilation. they travel to the dead planet ephyras in the third novel to witness the total desolation born by shar’s shadowstorm and it was by far the coolest thing i’ve experienced in a forgotten realms novel. i’ve always wondered what this sharran symbol on the bg3 armor is supposed to be and now i can’t help but see i as the final setting of the sun on a dying world. badass!!
