Ever since I moved my room up to the third floor, I've felt more at peace with my practice. It was a barren, neglected space for such a long time, it's almost as if the floor invited me in, made me tea, and asked me to stay a while, just to feel my energy. So far away from the ground but I feel most grounded, so dark and old but I feel most natural in it. I was delighted to be welcomed by a rare winter morning, this sunshine peeking through the tiny antique windows. My altar is thankful, as am I 🖤
