It Starts Now.

Monday: 1/2 mile run, 1/2 mile walk, 150 situps, 30 pushups

Tuesday: 10 lbs 7 sets for each arm, 2 mile bike ride

Wednesday: 1/2 mile run, 1/2 mile walk, 150 situps, 30 pushups

Thursday: Half hour of alternative exercise (yoga, videos, sprints/lunges/squats, wii, etc.)

Friday: Run or walk a mile

Saturday: 4 mile bike ride or 2 mile run

Sunday: Stretch for 20 min, stairs for 30 min

Everyday: 50 situps, light stretching, 20 pushups, 5 min of lunges/squats, drink a bottle of water

*Allowed to pick one day of week to skip. If you miss 2 days in a row, you must run 2 miles.
