Please consider: Mettaton/Grillby
-They both put a lot of thought into appearance -Mettaton is more of a talker; he appreciates an audience and if there's one thing Grillby knows how to do it's listen -Grillby's more down to earth and can reel him in on some of his more ludicrous ideas; Mettaton is more imaginative and can bring some excitement/whimsy to Grillby's stolid life -Grillby gives Mettaton a space to perform but also a space where he can be himself. He's fine letting Mettaton have the spotlight but if he happens to get wrapped up in a waltz, well, he knows how to put on a show -They both place a lot of importance on family -Mettaton can appreciate Grillby's dedication to a job he loves, even when it seems to give him nothing in return; Grillby can appreciate Mettaton's drive to improve, even when it's difficult. They both love to perform for others -Grillby can teach Mettaton how to actually cook. No more sequin and glue burgers (Inspired by @it-refused, who reblogged a picture with Mettaton lying on Grillby's piano that got me thinking)
