“In Close Quarters”

I drew this two months ago and forgot to share it with my Chapter 19 update of Two Parallel Lines. Oops. Only a few days late.

A funny thing about this scene. When the first season of Fallout came out, I wasn’t shipping Lucy and Cooper. But I couldn’t get this vision out of my head of them hiding from some enemy or another. Cooper would shove Lucy behind something or down to the ground and cover her and Lucy would just have this moment of seeing him and thinking, “Huh.”

And I just thought that was so silly and so out of the realm of possibility so I didn’t even go looking for it.

Then episode 1 of season 2 came out and I was back on tumblr after a 4 year hiatus.

When you think about it, this is the first scene I wrote for this fic. The second being the reveal in the Super Duper Mart.

So that’s my ghoulcy origin story for anyone who cares.

Chapter 19 is Live!

Lucy finally gets to be a little angry about… everything.

Meanwhile, Cooper has a brief lapse of control that confuses pretty much everyone. Even Dogmeat.

Chapter 18 is Live

and she's a doozy. Lucy finally learns just how committed her father is to serving Vault-Tec's agenda.

Protective Cooper awakens.

I'd say you can send me your therapy bills for this one, but I can't afford it either.

Chapter 17 is Live!

A new chapter for all my favorite folks!

Lucy gets to the bottom of what is going on in Vault 4. She also begins to investigate those pesky, twisted emotions she's feeling about Cooper.

Oh, and this is the last Cooper-free chapter for the forseable future! Everyone cheer!
