Would just like to say I am glad the Sydney Siege is over, yet am extremely grief stricken with the tragic and unnecessary deaths of two innocent people, known to the community. Whenever I see something regarding their death on TV, I can't help but cry. So many emotions are running through me right now but I love how Australia has come together and supported the muslim community with the hashtag #I'llridewithyou. I wish there was more we could have done to secure the safety of all the hostages but the police and government did all they could. The visions of hostages collapsing as they broke free are haunting. I believe this was just a test of police and Australia as a whole to see our reaction. I also believe there may be more to come for us. Please pray for the families involved and keep Australia in your thoughts. We still love Muslim Australians and vow to not take this incident out on them. They are peaceful people. Please do not scroll past any racism against anyone in any country, please report it! It is undeserved and they are really great people. Also, to all Australians, please stay safe and support fellow Australians. The hostages killed, including a mother of three and a courageous man who tried to save eveeyone else with disregard to his own safety, will be dearly missed and will stay in our thoughts and prayers for eternity. RIP ♥ We love and thank everyone involved.
