Livia: *Steps out, Deevin landing on her shoulder as she walked over to a group of kids*

Livia: *Crouches down and smiles* Hello...

Elf Child: *Grips her mother's dress* Hi...

Livia: You must be Ray? The one who sent me that lovely letter

Ray: *Nods, looking embarrassed*

Livia: I loved your dream, it's such a beautiful one

Ray: It is?

Livia: *Nods and giggles*

Ray: *Smiles slightly, looking down*

Livia: *Takes her tiara off and places it on the child's head before standing up and facing the crowd*

Livia: I hereby declare that today Ray is an Honorary Princess! She and her Mother may ride with me in my carriage to the castle

Livia: *Smiles down at Ray* And be a princess for the rest of today and all of tomorrow

Ray: *Smiles up at Livia, her eyes sparkling*

Livia: *Holds Ray's hand, the crowd cheering as she led the child and her mother to the carriage*

Deevin: *Shifts human and takes Livia's hand, helping her step up into the carriage*

Ray: *Beams as Deevin lifted her up after the girl, lending her mother a hand as well*

Livia: To the castle! We have a fun filled day ahead of us!

Ray: *Smiles slightly*

Livia: *Leans close, smiling down at her* You gotta wave, honey

Ray: *Nods and waves to the crowd, cheers coming from them as they held out flowers*

Livia: *Chuckles and waves to the crowd, smiling*
