Update on my twst-related blogs (this, @/shroudbud, and @/vinyldraconia):

As of late, I admittedly haven't really been as invested in twst like i used to over a year ago. </3 There's only like....... two characters I care about LOL

But other than that, I think I'll delete this blog. I'll still leave my respective Idia and Malleus blogs up since they're the said two characters that I only care about in this game

This is kinda similar to what I do with obey me now: while I no longer play the game, I do have a small ounce of attachment to some of the characters, so I still may draw fanart of them here and there.

And I stopped playing it + left the twst fandom also for the same reason I did for obey me: as a free-to-play user, I've lost enjoyment in the game itself. Like...... the main story I'm not as invested in (I already see screenshot spoilers anyways LOL), gacha feature I have absolute zero luck in, and I guess everything else (battles, lessons, etc) just feels mundane to me. EMPHASIS ON "TO ME" THOUGH.... this is just how the game makes me feel as of now.

That's all I wanted to say. I understand if this upsets anyone that mainly followed me for my twst stuff ;; I'll most likely just leave this blog up for a month or two before purging it. As as mentioned before, my shroudbud and vinyldraconia blogs will remain up!

@shroudbud — Idia Shroud blog! 💀

The majority of my energy goes in this one!! This one's my first twst blog. I have a good amount of drawings on it, but also a good chunk of it is just me either rambling about Idia or me struggling on his Mirror/Showcase pulls. I plan to do more headcanon/fanart posts in the meantime, and keep the Mirror/Showcase rants at a minimum!!

@vinyldraconia — Malleus Draconia blog! 🐉

I also love Malleus so I had to make a dedicated blog for him as well! This one's relatively new, and a bit underwhelming in terms of the amount of posts, but I plan on drawing him more + doing headcanons/writings!

(I guess I could've called it "draconiabud" to keep the "-bud" naming consistent LMAO)

And of course, my main blog: @loafbud, which is pretty self-explanatory. It's my main, so I just post OC/multi-fandom art, music, writings, and whatever's on my mind.

Happy 2nd Anniversary, twst eng!!

the 2nd anniversary for twst (english server) was yesterday & i was meant to post about it then i was asleep all day lol

i first heard about twst in december 2021! at the time, a twitter mutual was retweeting a lot of twst-related stuff (official merch, fanart, etc) but at the time i never knew who the characters were... just knew that it was from a mobile game

but then said mutual was retweeting a lot of idia fanart & it was after i saw fanart of idia in his bday jacket that i was like OK BRO WHO IS THIS GUY, WHAT'S HIS NAME, I LOVE HIS DESIGN

so i looked up idia shroud... which ultimately led to me stumbling upon a twst wiki page for him. THAT was when i learned that he was from this game & i was like "WHAT IS TWISTED WONDERLAND??? WHO IS THIS???"

(i even took a screenshot of me freaking out (/pos) over this lol)

...and crazy enough, i first heard about + became interested in this game a month right before the english server of the game dropped! i saw that it was up on the play store & ready to pre-install (like, not available to play yet but you could wishlist it before it launches so it automatically installs when it's launch day)

tbh i was only interested in playing just so i could brainrot over idia, but then i grew to love the other characters as well + get attached to the story (the only gacha-feature game where i can ACTUALLY catch up w/ the story & not fall behind i only had the issue with book 6 where i was stuck for 3+ months but im caught up in book 7 now)

just now i looked back at all the fanart i've drawn so far and it feels like i should've drawn waaay more twst fanart???? both art-wise and personal-life-wise, this game's definitely left a positive impact on me & i can safely say it's one of those pieces of media that's been heavily influential in my life.

this post is just me rambling about how i got into twst LOL

but i'll see if i can draw smthn for the 2nd twst english anniversary !! can't promise it'd be anything big though........ 100% would mostly just revisit some of my first twst fanarts to draw 'em and see how far i've come since then w/ my art haha
