1.Down to Twisted Wonderland !

YU POV

(It was a rainy night . The empty street's are not as asthetic you think they are. The eerie quiteness doesn't feels right in this society ,at least when it is 1 am in the night.The night bus that's supposed to take you home is late.what you do ?? Of course play your favourite game! . So I did the same . My friend Mc ( marionate cheng ) suggested me to download some games to distract my self. I thought it was an otome game, turns out to be a therapy simulator . I was literally threatened by my friend Mc to download these two games , Obey me! and Twisted wonderland. Yes ! Twisted wonderland a game by aniplex disney .You heard that right Disney! . After so many disappointing projects finally I found some thing good.No !,a gem of an entertainment from them . They are really digging their own graves with the live action recently.

Twisted wonderland was made by the same author as the famous anime' Black Butler '. Of course the story had some credibility. In brief ,Twisted wonderland was about a person named YUU who get's Isekai into this magical dark fantasy school and as a magic less person has to navigate through out the college and it's magical shenanigans. It's a good slice of life except for the part where we have to deal with boys who have questionable moral choices and magical puberty issues known as overblots.

I was playing the seventh chapter again. The dialogue for Malleus overblot card came ," You can be the protagonist of your fairytale". A protagonist ,huh! Not bad I guess . Like escaping reality to be a hero of some world does sound nice . Like who doesn't want to be a hero , after all my situation is not so different from yuu. I have my lost ancestral home, is treated as a refugee , discriminated just because you look different but no thanks for the opportunity. After all only loosers dream of Isekai to escape their reality . They are like " I would love to get Isekaied" . But no thank you, I already managed to have a job and a nice family , most importantly "Good friends".I am not lonely rather enjoying life now.Finally after so much struggle for a place to belong and so much hardship for UPSC exam's ( a government service exam in which you get selected for various ranks of officers including diplomats). COVID really took a lot more than my time. After my grandpa fell sick like several others and my father was also not earning much I got to leave for my arts degree and work hard for a government job . Not that a lack of proper citizen ship was any help . But all pain was worth it . After all I met Mc and YN ( Yai nan) on this journey. These two supported me through my hardest time.

I got up to see if the bus is coming. Not a single soul on the streets . The rain grew stronger with the wind . Yes , I was finally going home after a long time. My friends and parents are awaiting for me . It has been quite some time since I have seen them after all. 6 years actually!!. Mom and dad were worried about me all the time. This job really took some time to train. I miss my grandparents a lot. I have not visited home since their death but now I miss it .A nice vacation in home with everyone after so much storm in life that would be nice. A sudden notification came. Oh! They released the trailer for Book 8 !!)

Wow !! The bird man is acting sus . I swear if he is betraying us I am gonna smack his butt. Poor yuu they have to stay far away from home and fight overblots and now this !! What is that sassy bird up to . Did they really induced the over blot? Is the famous fandom theory correct?? . Aug! Can't wait for the chapter. When will it release. I must see @RoseEmber ( YouTube) react to it .

((That is when you looked up the crow's were all cawing . Something felt ominous. They decided to ignore it . A final nail in the coffin ....))

"Hu! The crow's are quite noisy tonight what is up with them ? Earth quake??"

(Well that's what I thought untill it was too late .

Suddenly out of no where the bus that was supposed to take me home become the reason for me being far away from it.The bright light blinded me completely ),......

"what is happening,why can't I see?" "Hu ! Did the bus crash ontu me??" "WHAT!! WHY DON'T I FEEL" "ANYTHING!!! I WANT TO GO HOME," "PLEASE!!!?!!!!"

".... please! "

(This scilence was different than that of the night. I felt nothing. Not cold nor warmth. Nor pain nighter wounds .Not even my breathing were reaching my ears) .

"...am I even breathing?? "

".....am I alive??"

It's dark . .... I think I heard something? ....?;'!;!:!???

It's a voice?!!! A mirror? Why does it look similar , it is whispering? ....

I can't make it my head hearts!

(Well now I think about it if I was more clear headed I would have realised what was going on with me.)

"Ahh!....My dear beloved.

A lovely and noble flower of Evil.

Truly you are the most beautiful of them all.

Mirror, Mirror on the wall....

A TWISTED WONDERLAND?

((( Ya ! First time writing, well I wanted to read a fic of my own preferences so wrote this piece. Hope we all can enjoy it together. I don't expect it to be good just a silly fan friction.

Also it is set in a post COVID world so to give the charecter some lore and real life relevance. The oc is a Disney nerd 🤓. also, yes they got bus kun! ( A refference to my favourite NCERT chapter " The Adventure " )

The charecter behaviour will a little different from the game also. I am trying to mix all the available media which includes the light novel as well because let's be real it is the goat. Also it was written before book 8 came out.

This chapter also details about the yu's personal life which is based upon most common post COVID situation of family especially belonging to middle class like me. I have them my trauma and job qualification. They are currently aged some where between mid twenties. )))

ooc character(s)?, part 1, part 3, part 4?, masterlist ______________________________________________________________ You were acting different, everyone noticed, but no one said anything. No one had to. You have been missing from classes and other school activities, even Grim who’s your dorm mate claims he’s barely seen you. All of the teachers have been acting weird as well, especially Crowley, but none of the students mentioned a thing. At least not to the teachers. Rumors spread fast about the Ramshackle prefect who no one had seen in the past few days. Even your friends aren’t immune to hearing the gossip.

“Why’s Shrimpy hiding away from us now?” Floyd wines, he tried to go the Ramshackle himself, but he was stopped by Crowley. “And it’s not like the Dire is being any help right now.” Floyd thinks to himself for another few moments. “Maybe the mirror wasn’t able to send Shrimpy home, and this is all due to Dire Crowley’s lack of effort to get them home.”

Jade nods, Azul rolls his eyes at the twin’s efforts to find an answer. Now Jade speaks up. “Hey Azul, how about the weekly dorm leader meeting? You could try and find out what’s going on with [Y/N].”

“That’s assuming the Prefect isn’t exempt from the meeting, as they’ve been exempted from classes. They’ve been missing and the teachers haven’t said a thing, their name hasn’t even been called during roll.” Azul explains then right as he finishes, two idiots from Heartslabyul burst in.

“Floyd! Do you know how to pick locks?” Ace yells.

“Sort of, why?” Floyd responds, a grin creeping on his face.

“They want to pick the lock to Ramshackle and check on [Y/N].” Epel says as he walks in behind the Adeuce duo, Grim standing next to him.

“Hey! You’re making it sound like you’re not in on it too!” Deuce exclaims at the purple haired boy, Epel shrugs.

“Why don’t you ask Jack or Sebek?” Jade asks. “This seems to be a first-year get together.” Deuce and Ace looks at each other.

“Well we were going to ask Jack but he was in the middle of a run and we couldn’t catch up with him.” Deuce explains. “Yeah, and Sebek is..well…Sebek.” Ace adds.

“Do you actually have a plan?”

“We didn’t get that far-” “WHAT!”

Everyone turns after Epel yells, Rook, vice dorm leader of Pomefiore, is standing in the doorway. And before Epel can speak, Rooks offers an excuse. “Roi de Poison asked me to keep an eye on you. Now I’m here to help you get Trickster out of Ramshackle or at least get some answers. Now I know some more then others might be more against this then others, but breaking into Ramshackle isn’t the answer. We have to go to the person who’s most likely to have information AND answers.”

Everyone is quiet, trying to rack their brains. “Crowley” or “The Dire” or something of the sort is was blurted out by multiple people.

“Bingo.” Rook has a sly grin on his face, “Now here’s the plan…”

It’s a risky plan, everyone has to do their part. Even Crowley who is unaware of his own involvement. “Just wait for Crowley to start lurking around, then it’s go time.” Rook’s words play over again in Ace’s mind. Then there he was, Dire Crowley lurking, as he had been the past few days. “He’s here.”

“Dire Crowley!” It took some convincing, but it was none other then Riddle Rosehearts, dorm leader of Heartslabyul.

“Um, hello Riddle. Can we talk later, I’m a bit..how could you say…occupied..”

“No, I think we need to talk now.” Leona’s voice rings out.

“I would have to agree.” Vil Schoenheit, even agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to help.

Crowley seems to be stressed, to say the least.

One by one, all of the other dorm leaders stepped into the view of the Dire. All seven, Riddle Rosehearts, Leona Kingscholar, Vil Schoenheit, Kalim Al-Asim, Azul Ashengrotto, Idia Shroud(surprisingly), and eventually Malleus Draconia. Crowley is silent for a while.

“The information you wish is not mine to divulge,” he pauses, “but I can take you to the one you wish to see, and you can try your luck…”

At Ramshackle, Crowely knocks on the door

"Can't you just unlock the door?" Leona asks, he says it in a tone like he threatening to leave if Crowley doesn't go quicker.

"It would be rude to barge into her house." Crowely tells them.

"Don't you mean dorm?" Azul questions.

"That's what I said."

"No it's not."

"Yes, it is-"

Azul goes silent as he hears the door creak open. You're there, rubbing your eyes.

"What now Crowely?..." you go silent as you see your fellow dorm leaders. Crowely's face seems to be a mixture of of nervousness and another emotion you can't quite pinpoint. Guilt? Relief? You can't say. "Why are you guys here?" you ask them, there is slight hostility in your voice.

"Well-" "I was so worried!"

Kalim throws himself onto you. "I was so scared! No student had seen you in days and no one told us anything!" Kalim hugs you as he speaks.

"Speaking of which," Riddle interjects, "what happened?" Despite his seemingly angry tone, there's worry in his voice.

"Nothing happened."

"Well something must have or else you wouldn't be here. You would be back in your world."

"It doesn't matter. Not to you anyway." you mutter that last part, but Leona still hears you.

"Actually it does, if your missing classes and not showing up for school events. It does matter." Leona says to you.

"He's right."

You look at your friends, eyeing each one of them. "I appreciate your worries but I just want you guys to leave me alone."

"We're just worried about you!"

Everyone then starts talking over each other except for you and Crowley. He's standing to the side, regretting taking the dorm leaders with him to see you. Ugh, this is making my head hurt. "Can you guys SHUT UP!?" Everyone goes quiet, they're not used to you yelling like that.

"[Y/N] calm down."

"No Vil! You don't get to tell me to calm down! I've been having a bad week, and now I have to give excuses for you guys to get off my ass!"

They're all quiet for second.

"It's just..it seemed like you wanted to go home..so bad." It's Idia, speaking softly, yet speaking here in person nonetheless. Everyone's surprised he spoke up.

"Yes, what happened?" Malleus now talks, softness in his voice. "We just want to know what's going on and why you aren't going home or possibly, couldn't go home."

You're silent for a bit. "It's not that I couldn't go home exactly.." you pause, wondering if you should tell them. Your voice starts trembling, "I just don't have a home I could go back to..."

Thoughts are whirling in your head.

"What do you mean? Like your family doesn't want you back or-"

"No." you interrupt. "I told you, you wouldn't get it." You try to keep your composure. "My world is....destroyed, when I visited it, i-it was a wasteland." You didn't even know you were crying until your vision blurred from tears. "T-There was n-nothing left." hiccups then start interrupting your sentence, "E-Even hic my f-family.." you couldn't finish your sentence.

A moment passes.

Kalim hugs you again, more softly than before. You fell to your knees, hugging and crying into Kalim's chest. At first, no one else moved. Then Malleus crouches on the ground and hugs you as well. Over the next few minutes all of the dorm leaders comfort you, it being them hugging you or saying reassurances or both. But with them here, deep down, you know you'll be okay.

I’ve Been Reincarnated Into The Male Lead!

Malleus Draconia x Gn!Reader - Isekai AU Based of this idea! (Basically just TWST boy getting reincarnated into the male lead and Y/N is the villainess) TWST boy chosen is Malleus! Before he gets reincarnated his name looks like this: Malleus. Also villainess is being used as a gender neutral term. Good? Good. (why is the banner I made so blurry 😭)

Malleus lived a somewhat ordinary life. Son of some successful business man, forced to live a life of isolation. He read a book: Curing The Crown Prince; the book featured a male lead with features that strangely resembled his own. Dark, almost black, hair with striking green eyes. Both grew up away from a lot of people, unfamiliar with lots of affection from others until later in life. Malleus imagined himself as the main character/male lead. The female lead was a healer, she saved his life after he was poisoned by his fiancé. The female lead is supposed to be his true love. How can she be his true love if she has no good personality? The female lead, Rosette Elrin, was said to be kind and courteous but she seemed strange. She had moments of horrible jealousy that were just said of her being protective of her new fiancé, Malleus Draconia: The Fae Crown Prince, the villainess’ ex-fiancé. Malleus preferred the villainess more, the prologue explained their relationship with the crown prince and they seemed to be a good character. Poisoning the prince didn’t fit with how they acted and Malleus couldn’t help but wish that they were the love interest instead. Nothing I can do about it now though…

He drags himself to bed to make himself stop fretting over a fictional character. Not like he could do anything to change how the story was written. Executed for attempted murder of the crown prince seemed somewhat reasonable. I guess it bothers me since it just didn’t seem like their character. With that thought, he drifted off to sleep.

Malleus was woken up by an unfamiliar voice. As he opened his eyes, the voice got quieter.

“Oh Malleus! I didn’t mean to wake you up.” The person’s looks seemed familiar but the voice was new. Wait….what in the world? Malleus reaches up to touch his head to confirm. Yup, there were horns coming out of his head. “Malleus, are you okay?” He whips his head around to look at the voice that woke him up. It was the villainess from the novel he read. I really am in the book….they’re so much prettier up close. Wait what!?

“Hey [Y/N], please go get Malleus a glass of water.” A second voice requests, it’s not much deeper but it’s definitely a guy. The eyes on the face that the new voice belongs to are magenta, the eyes narrows on Malleus’ sleepy form.

“Yes, Sir Lilia.” [Y/N] hurries out of the room. Then before Malleus can get a word out, a sword is at his neck.

“Now I don’t know who you are or why you look like Malleus, but I suggest you explain yourself.” Lilia’s blade is pressing harder into Malleus’ neck. I didn’t even say anything!

“Whattt? It’s me, Malleus!..” Lilia is not convinced and Malleus caves in. “It’s a bit strange to explain.”

“I don’t care how strange it is, I care how quick it is. Got it?” Lilia states, Malleus nods.

“Well...”

“Well…it’s not the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard.” Malleus wants to question that but he isn’t given a chance. “Now since you’re not really Malleus, I feel more comfortable saying this to you….I don’t like that you referred to [Y/N] as a villainess.” Malleus didn’t tell Lilia that he(Malleus) was supposed to get poisoned in the future. “But you better at least pretend to be nice to [Y/N], they would go to the sky and pick out the stars for you if you asked them to.” Then the person of the minute walks in.

“Oh, your ears must be burning.” Lilia jokes, “We were just talking about you.” The so-called villainess smiled.

“Nothing bad, I hope.” [Y/N] then turns to Malleus, “Here’s your water, I have to go, but I hope you feel better.”

“[Y/N]!”

“Coming Father!” As they leave, [Y/N] turns around and waves, Malleus wants them to say. Wants to keep seeing their smile.

“Looks like you won’t have to pretend.” Lilia comments.

“What?”

“Please, I’ve seen that expression on the Malleus’ face enough to know when he at least has a crush on someone. He used to make those same starry eyes at [Y/N] as well.” Lilia’s expression seems to sadden for a moment. “Now we have to work on making you a convincing prince.”

“Okay, Sir Lilia.”

“Drop the sir.”

“Really?”

“Yes.”

“But-”

“Just do it.”

“Okay...”

I’ve Been Reincarnated Into The Male Lead! (Part 2)

Malleus Draconia x Gn!Reader - Isekai AU Again, villainess is a gender neutral term. Also constructive criticism on writing and how to make the characters act more canon is always welcome! Also sorry if my punctuation and grammar is bad. part 1, masterlist

Malleus dislikes you. That was, and still is, decidedly untrue. He loved you. He didn’t know it yet, but his heart did. The way his heart sped up when you snuck him out of his princely duties to go for a secret picnic in the royal gardens. Or when he’d wake you up at night to show you the stars, only to then almost bore you back to sleep with facts about gargoyles he somehow knew.

When he wasn’t entirely focused on you, he was busy doing other things. Like listening to Lilia teach him how to be a proper crown prince, an explanation of Malleus’ previous life made Lilia understand why Malleus caught on so quickly.

“You really are like Malleus, huh.” Lilia said, he later said that about other things and instances as well, but that was the first time.

Of course, Malleus wasn’t ignoring the original plot line. He kept an eye out for signs of treachery from you, even if it made him feel all bad and weird inside. He also tried to listen for rumors about the female lead, Rosette. Turns out, there was a healer rising in ranks who could cure any ailment. Injury or poison or otherwise.

There was something strange though. There were some things that didn’t align with what the book said. At first, Malleus though it was due to him, but things weren’t lining up from the beginning. The way Lilia defended you. The way the so-called stuck up knight, Sebek, would somewhat let his guard down around you. And how Silver, another one of his knights, would get his animals to help you if you needed it. Though not everyone deviated from the narrative. Servants and nobles still made snarky comments and started rumors. Malleus had asked you several times about this, but you acted like you didn’t know or didn’t care. He could tell it got to you though.

Sadly, he didn’t know if tomorrow night was going to make anything better. It was an annual ball to celebrate a battle Briar Valley won several decades ago, but with the long-living fae, it was a relatively new celebration.

On top of that, that was you and Malleus’ monthly night together. Malleus, or the new Malleus, hadn’t experienced this yet. His heart raced at the thought. Even though all you do is sleep, nothing scandalous(yet).

After a day of tiring ball preparations, Malleus headed to bed. As per usual, you were already in bed and asleep. Malleus walks over to you, brushes hair out of your face, and smiles faintly. He then gets on the other side of the bed, careful not to get to close as to respect your boundaries. As much as he wants to get closer, Malleus doesn’t want to make you uncomfortable.

But when he wakes up in the night to you pacing around the room, he gets worried.

“Are you okay?”

“Ah! Oh Malleus- I just-” You can’t seem to collect your thoughts. “I just don’t want to make a fool out of you, or I guess us.” Malleus chuckles softly and then picks you up.

“Malleus what are you doing-? OH MY- what are you doing!?” Malleus took you onto the balcony and then jumped into the air. “Shh, be quiet, you’ll wake the whole palace.”

You chuckle slightly. “If someone heard my screaming and what you just said, they might think we’re doing something else.” Malleus face heats up at what you implied. But despite your sarcastic remark, you lean closer to Malleus, eyes closing for sleep.

"I didn't even have to say anything about gargoyles tonight." He whispers, though you're already asleep. "Good night." He kisses your forehead and goes back to your shared bedroom. He puts you on the bed and then gets in the bed as well, of course, giving you your space. He wishes you one more goodnight and falls asleep.

The next day the last finishing touches for the ball was completed. The ball was to start at sundown, so hypothetically, you and Malleus should have been able to see you throughout the day. But Lilia was keeping you away, saying something about a "grand reveal" at the ball.

Though saddened, Malleus still had duties to attend to. He wished you would sneak away from Lilia to relieve him from his princely duties. Yet it didn't happen, Lilia didn't let you sneak out. Then as Malleus was awkwardly sipping drinks and greeting guests, he realized that you were worth the wait.

You descended the steps with the most elegant hairstyle and with the most perfect outfit. The outfit was your favorite color, but it still had accent colors, so it still went perfectly with your hair, skin tone, and eyes. As much as Malleus wanted to take his eyes off you, he didn't at all, his heart wouldn't let him. Sadly, Lilia whisked you away again. Thirty more minutes passed before Malleus could do anything more then make eye contact with you.

The music started, and less then coincidentally, Malleus saw you. And with how stunning you looked, how could he not ask you to dance. As the music went on, so did your conversation. You and Malleus talked about the past few days, he of course complimented you. You did the same. Lilia was making jokes in the corner.

"You know, I've missed you these past few days." Though it was said it a joking tone, what Malleus said was completely true.

"Honestly, I've missed you too." A blush crept onto Malleus' face as you said that. The next few minutes contained silence, and dancing, though the silence was comfortable, not awkward.

At the end of the dance, you had a cheeky smile on your face.

"Hey Tsunotarou," a nickname given to Malleus by you, "can you bend down? I have to tell you something."

"Hm? A secret perhaps?" Malleus joked. He put his ear close down closer to the level of your mouth to hear your words.

"Thank you for everything." You paused. "Always remember that." Then before Malleus could pull his face away from yours, lips were pressed to his cheek. Yours. Your lips. When Malleus was done processing, his face flaired red. He wanted to say something, but you already seemed so far.

"See you later, Tsunotarou."

Sorry if anyone is ooc! Also we're just going to pretend that Malleus got his nickname in a way that makes sense. Hope you enjoyed and sorry it took so long!(part 3 is in the works)

hello! i was just wondering why you use “villainess” as a gender neutral term when you could use villain :o not being mean or anything, just curious!

I use villainess as a general neutral term because I’m copying the “I’ve been reincarnated in the villainess” trope. I want to specify gender neutral so anyone could be comfortable reading it. But if you want me to change it to just villain, please tell me! I don’t want to make anyone feel bad/uncomfortable!
