AS DAYS PASSES BY the unsettled feeling inside of him only growing . Due to him finishing his recent mission of going undercover inside prison to gain information regarding the biggest exchange deal of drugs happening in one of the Seoul provinces , Jayoon is finally able to take a break and even was sent to the health care center to keep his mental health in check . Nobody knows what a human eye sees inside the prison and many come back wouldn’t have the same justice mind installed in their brain . Jayoon differs from others , instead he kept quiet after his release and followed all the rules . Though his demeanor does get a bit violent compared to before but he still doesn’t lose himself ; he was still Jung Jayoon .
Like any other day , today ended as normal as it could be . Jayoon walked from the center and decided to head back to his apartment and call it a day . He doesn’t feel like hanging out , the sooner he reaches his apartment the better ; so he takes the shortcut that saves him one hour walk to his apartment .
It requires him to enter the dark alley where seldomly people use because there have been many cases of robbery , sexual harassment and etc. But Jayoon is confident with his skills , so he walks in without much care , the deeper he walks he is quick to notice his footsteps aren't the only one echoing on the alley . There was someone else , it was his instinct at its peak . He fastened his stride and took an abrupt turn at the corner as he had his ears all focused to see if there’s any running footsteps .
