What are some differences between you and your muse?
The biggest difference between Midir and I are our social ability, I think. Midir is often left without a clue of what to do, but I think I’m pretty good at navigating social situations.
Midir is able to understand his own limits a lot better than I can. He knows when something is out of his ability, though that doesn’t stop him.
Midir feels both like he has more figured out and less figured out. Part of it is just that he’s older than me, he’s got a wife and a married life ahead of him while I just don’t have that experience yet.
What are some similarities you share with your muse?
I think Midir and I have the same flavor of “my limits are dumb and don’t matter actually.” We both have trouble internalizing that one person can only do so much, and accepting that is not accepting defeat.
Midir and I also have similar (very complicated) feelings on love, that it’s too hard to understand completely and it doesn’t need to be analyzed. Love is the easiest thing for us both to feel without having to pull it apart.
