Admittedly, I haven’t caught a Ray stream in a really long time. They seem to still be doing pretty well though, so I’m really happy for him!!

Yeah, I'm not excited at all for a live action RWBY film, because voices would 9 times out of 10 be wrong/off sounding, as they need actors that look like the characters, and the odds of those people sounding like the characters is slim. Not to mention that they wouldn't be able to do any of the really cool stunts, for example Blake swinging her blade around while shooting it in the black trailer, without it looking way too awkward. And don't even get me started on hair styles and Blake's ears.

Yeah, like I said I’d fully support it and go see it and want it to be awesome, but it’d be extremely hard to pull off. For it to even have a chance (in my opinion) Rooster Teeth would need to give the rights to a different, more experienced film producer with a mega-fuck ton of money for CGI, and I know they’d never do that.

True but rwby is a shorter form anime that might have a better chance at being a good film since it isn't 369 episodes crammed into an hour

I think it’s really hard to capture the essence of an anime in live action film. The facial emotions, the over-the-top moments, it’s all very tough to replicate in real life.

That being said, you’re right. RWBY’s short history means it will translate into a short film much better.
