Adelor knocked.
It had taken him quite the while to finally do it; He had walked up and down the corridor, walked in and out of Haus Gold more then once, had even considered going to his brother instead and pretending he was here for him. It was only afternoon, the sun was far from setting, and there was a chance that Tyl wasn’t in his room at all, anyway. But if Adelor were to let himself believe this, there would have been no reason to come here in the first place. No use of that little piece of paper in his hands, no use of that disgustingly nagging feeling inside of his stomach, and no use of that slight trembling of his hands as he once again turned his hand into a light fist to knock on this door.
As soon as it opened, Adelor raised the piece of paper - A music sheet with a few notes wiggly lines and even some words written on, around, and all over it - and looked to the side, avoiding whatever kind of gaze there was to meet him.
