Charismatic, talented, and determined, the lovely Tylene Charant commands the stage of the Wayfare Penny Carnival with an unmatched passion. She announces the shows and runs the schedules, and it's up to her to make the circus profitable, but she can't exactly make miracles -- they're barely staying afloat. Tylene has a vision, and she just knows that one day they could all be playing Vegas, far out of the reach of their troubles!

Just one thing, though. Traveling circuses are supposed to, you know, travel. After all, how will they get to the big leagues if they’re stuck in the middle of nowhere? And why does she sometimes feel like she's one step behind everyone else?
