When Jesus caught sight of Tyler, his heart stuttered a little. He had no idea his friend was going to be here, and the sight of Tyler in a suit, fitted and gorgeous, was doing things to him. Shit, he might have it worse than he thought. And he was a terrible actor; there was no way Tyler would miss the way Jesus was looking at him, and then shit would probably just get weird and awkward. What if Tyler decided that this was just it for them, and they might as well not be friends anymore? Jesus should just avoid him. Yeah, that was his best bet. He’d just go hide in the kitchen or something and light a joint and try to calm down and-
oh, Tyler had seen him. Smile and don’t look like you want to jump his bones, Jesus.
“Ty! You clean up nice man, shit,” he said, clapping his friend on the shoulder and grinning maybe a little too wide. His eyes up here, Jesus. He stepped back a bit and took an awkward drink, just trying to keep it together.
