1.insists that they are an awesome dancer even though they’re terrible
Aeloki. Tyler can’t dance and readily admits it, Elliot is somehow a GODLY dancer, and Aeloki WAS taught how to dance, but that was around 100 years ago and also he has no legs.
2.likes to watch reality tv
Tyler! He unironically loves them and they put him on the edge of his seat! Aeloki will sometimes join him because he thinks they’re kinda fun but Elliot is a party pooper and doesn’t see their point.
3.refuses to wear pants when they’re home alone
Aeloki just plain never wears pants, so
4.is the jealous / protective one
Depends on the circumstances! When demons/monsters are invading his partners’ spaces too much and are making his partners uncomfortable, Aeloki is T E R R I F Y I N G. However, with any humans, its usually Elliot, because Aeloki doesn’t really see humans as threatening as demons are.
5.goes all out on the holidays
AELOKI. OH MY GOD. 150 or so years will never dampen his excitement for holidays. He LOVES festivities. Where did he get all these plastic bats. How many easter eggs did he make. Why the fuck is the entire dorm coated with mistletoe. Aeloki is a holiday MENACE.
6.cries over books
Elliot. When you listen hard enough, sometimes you can hear his gentle, passionate sobbing when he’s reading in his bedroom. Its either because a) One of the characters he formed an emotional bond with died or b) Someone in his book is being an idiot and can’t figure out something obvious to Elliot.
7.is terrible with kids
Elliot lmao. He is. Very very awkward with children (or what he calls ‘tiny snotbrats’). They can sense this and, most of the time, end up torturing him.
8.drinks too much caffeine
Tyler. He overestimates how much he needs to stay awake to finish a paper or just get through the day. This once resulted in Aeloki calling in Marie and Vin (the local witch) to knock him out. Marie was going to do it with a flail and origami throwing stars and Vin was going to do it with tea. It was a very interesting night.
9.could sleep for twenty-four hours straight
Once again, Tyler. There’s a reason why he needs so much caffeine.
10.never wears matching socks
Surprisingly enough, Elliot. Even though he looks orderly and proper on the outside, deep deep down, in his boots, he has a garish Christmas sock on his left foot and a Hello Kitty sock on his right (courtesy of Aeloki)
11.punches a tree when they’re angry
Im gonna give you three guesses.
(its more common that Elliot shoots the tree rather than punches it, but there are times)
12.gets scared by the toaster
Both Tyler AND Aeloki. Aeloki just hides it much better.
