Mieu and Tear in winter costume.. they look so cute! More notes and comments after this break.

Took about 2 hours to do this.. hopefully I’m done here XD

Some notes: the blur around the Tear’s Christmas clothes is intended i added in so that it doesnt looks so weird. I also made the shadows smoother... and removed 99% of the dithering. there is still that 1% that i Can’t really care to remove.

EDIT: I noticed how badly I’ve done Mieu.. for now ill leave it up here. ill whip up a new one. Edit 2: Fixed Mieu... now i noticed i left a few residual pixels. aaaa Edit 3: I’m done.
