Been yearning for a road trip since the semester started but I realized that a glimpse of the sea is enough to make me feel a whole lot better–fresher than before. ---------- We called it the "48-hr challenge". We were stuck on the road for long, long hours and survived with all sorts of chips (banana, musical/camote and, Mr. Chips) suman, eggs, and water. My co-volunteers played cards the whole time while I slept (card games are really beyond my comprehension.) But this supposed 10-hour but turned 32-hour trip to Casiguran was made worthwhile when we passed by the seaside. ---------- Sa kasagsagan ng bagyong Nona 19 December 2015 Casiguran, Aurora, Philippines
