A W-3A Sokol Helicopter of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) transported to Itbayat, Batanes by Air Relief Goods in the Form of Rice, Food and other Necessities for the Victims of the recent Typhoon "Julian". The Marine Battalion Landing Team-10 (MBLT-10) of the Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) then assisted in the unloading and providing Land Transport for the Goods.
