"Season 2" of With Love, Meghan was filmed alongside "season 1."

Was everything already filmed & ready for release, and Netflix doesn't have to do anything but release these this calendar year?

Show me the contracts if this is really about "new" projects.

Where are the projects happening in 2026 and beyond? I have seen no mention of anything except the supposed adaptation of Meet Me at the Lake, which doesn't appear to be going anywhere.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Extend Their Netflix Deal

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have extended their multi-year, first-look deal with Netflix via their Archewell Productions.

They can't pay for their own staff! That's my main takeaway. That's probably why Meghan campaigned so hard to keep their affiliation with Netflix.

Have to wonder if Meghan is blowing one of the executives on the regular. How else is this happening? They're essentially nobodies in the US! Only the British press cares about them.

What does Netflix really gain by paying for the Archewell staff salaries?

Launching an instagram four years too late.

The appropriate time would have been after the Oprah interview when more people were still interested in instagram instead of tiktok.

The way I heard it went down was that William was the lead, naturally, and William gathered them up to leave and was saying to them all something like "let's head out..." then Meghan interjected with some sort of "idea," supposedly suggesting that they switch sides and each work the other half of the crowd, and Kate shot her that look essentially communicating to Meghan that she needed to shut up and do as she's told.

A lot went down BEFORE they appeared. Meghan had Netflix crews there and was attempting do a walk about with just her and Harry ahead of William and Catherine.

The palace/W&K got word and palace security put up a perimeter moving Netflix out of range to film Meghan, summoned Harry and Meghan and said if they wanted to do the walk about it was happening right then or the two of them would not be participating at all.

Meghan was preparing herself for a grand solo walk about appearance at this time, and so when they called her out and said that her plans had been thwarted, she had not yet finished spackling her face orange and combing out her wig. She expressed her frustration because she didn't have time to get dressed up like a whore to mourn with people truly grieving outside. They basically said shut up and get in the car, if she wanted to go because otherwise she would not be allowed to greet the public in any other walkabout basically ever again in her life. She and Harry were both "briefed" (to me it sounds like they read them the riot act) that they were to follow instructions, not make s scene, etc. So after all that, when Meg piped up and interrupted Will as he was telling them all that they would be leaving, Kate had basically had it and glared her into shutting up.

The irony is that Meghan looks so much better without the ghastly make up and hair sacrificed from the scalps of hundreds of Midnight Shimmer My Little Ponies. She looks very mouse-y, but she looks pretty with the more natural look. Being natural is, however, anathema to Meghan and all she stands for, so she looks like a shipwreck most of the time.

she really has packed several years of crazy drama into 9 months. Yeah she hit the ground running not with charity work but loonie drama! And March will be worse? LOL Hard to imagine but yes the media will retaliate. She started a war calling the UK tabs racist especially when they probably know the truth about her. This is like nothing I have ever seen.

Oh, yeah. And let’s remember that Megs walked into this round completely of her own doing. January 2019 is looking pretty quiet compared to now, eh?

She totally started a war. Megs doesn’t have a true strategy other than famewhore tactics. The palace knows how to deal with the UK tabs, but she didn’t want to defer to the palace staff. Megs called the UK tabs racist. Now the onus is on Fleet Street to publish things that can’t be called “racist,” and they will happily oblige on that one. Because that is one thing a merching expose is certainly not. 

So yeah, I’m sure it’ll be a tit-for-tat between Fleet Street and Meg’s PR from here until the Morocco trip. After that it’ll really ramp up. The thing is that Megs is going to have a harder time trying to escalate in terms of retaliating to Fleet Street. She’s already had a cover story on People with anonymous sources. To do one up for the next round means that either people can’t be anonymous or she has to be named specifically in the press. Both are lose-lose situations here. 

So, yeah, March is going to be a shit show. Can you imagine Fleet Street publishing a merching expose with the atmosphere going on in the UK? People worried about the economy and trying to survive, the government trying to work things out before the Brexit deadline, and then there is a rich, royal duchess making money off the clothes she wears to her charity engagements… The outrage writes itself, you know?

Can’t wait until the Ides of March where we can gauge how bad this shit show has been. (If only I wasn’t so busy, then I could properly enjoy this mess!)
