During the war on Machina between the Metal Cardbots and the Wild Cardbots, Tyrant Zero was reawakened/resurrected to help tip the scales of the war in favor of the Wild Cardbots (Tachyon being sacrificed to awaken him). I like to think he's sick of the Metal Cardbot's oppression of Wild Cardbots. Instead of trying to smite everyone (Both Wild Cardbots and Metal Cardbots), he plans on eliminating all Metal Cardbots so that the Wild Cardbots are no longer oppressed (reminder that Tyrant Zero is a Wild Cardbot also).
