For the "LGBT+ tag" you mentioned on the prode turtle post, might I suggest one of the chants shouted at the original Stonewall riot to piss off the cops? It's a bit wordy for a tag, but I'm fond of "We're here we're queer we take it in the rear". Much love!

I like the suggestion. And it also reminded me how much I love the umbrella term “queer”.

I totally understand the contention around that term. I just hope that one day it can become the harmless reclaimed term that it originally was. 

I personally love using it, because its easy and inclusive (and for me, who is still unsure of my label - it gives me SOMETHING to use), but I understand that for some people, they are genuinely hurt/offended by it, so thats a no-no for my tagging purposes.

Of course! It’s called One in A Hundred, and is basically a re-imagining of season 1, where instead of Will being kidnapped by the demogorgon in 1983, he’s kidnapped by the Hawkins Lab in 1982. I’m super excited about it, but I admit I am a very slow writer so I only have two chapters posted that I’m actually in the process of rewriting. But I’m also actively working on it so the next chapter shouldn’t take too long:) Thanks for the interest!

yo this is SO SWEET. I don’t post a whole lot of OT7 stuff in all reality so I really hope I don’t disappoint you. I just love them so much and I post HCs when asked and I did one (1) ot6 request for an anon. I probably WILL post more at some point as it comes, but @toziertrashmouth is the OT7 QUEEN right now and she has single handedly revived OT7 in my poor, deprived heart. *pondering face* Well, when I think about embarrassing things, the first thing that comes to mind is one incident and I think I’ll share that one.

So I’m not the most graceful gazelle in the flock, and I really was an awkward giraffe in high school. So I don’t know if it was the weather, I was dizzy, or if my luck was just against me, but I fell down the bleachers. It was a wooden set, designed to pull into the wall so it’s all one piece. It’s a sturdy thing. And I just fell right down it from the middle top section.

Just tumbled right on down.

I wasn’t hurt, miraculously, just embarrassed.

I dont know if this counts as a cute story or not, but I dont normally look at usernames while tumbling however everytime I read a cute/realistic Pynch headcannon I am incapable of resisting the urge to scroll back up and see if it was you and if it was I smile like some dumb idiot because I was right...hope things start getting better. Much love.
