they say im pre-diabetic...im like WTF!
That would mean just to be careful - up to about 10% of people on that score actually get Type 2 each year, according to UK health authorities, but 80% of people with Type 2 could have dodged it or held it off longer if they’d seen pre-diabetic scores and acted to avoid it.
