An archive of my old Hokiria art

Hokiria being the characters Hokuto Kaneshiro and Kiria Yoshii from rosario+vampire (a trashy harem manga I read way earlier than I should've) - the two characters I've had a fixation on for a good 7 years of my life. I think i'm one of the 2 total artists who have consistently drawn most of their fanart that exists, so I wanted to dump it all here to celebrate the creation of my account. + I wanted to explain each of the pieces so whoever stumbles upon this can have that too !!

(I would try and order the pieces oldest to newest but i have no idea at this point)

The only time kiria showed any form of genuine emotion was when crying over Hokuto's death (coma) (of which he was also almost directly responsible for).

Really want to redraw this piece - Kiria as a chimera - but more aligned with the mythological characters themselves.

A fanart redraw that I really hate now.

One of the earliest if not THE earliest piece of fanart, idk why there's so much blank space, ask past me.

Hokuto as the 'wheel of fortune' tarot card (as part of my series featuring all of the characters). Thematically fits his character a ton - associated with change, cycles, fate, decisive moments, luck etc., which is practically his entire character from his backstory to his death.

Kiria as 'the devil' tarot card - obsession, addiction, dependancy, excess, freedom, reclaiming power etc.

Was working with perspective and better poses - i used these as my pfps for so long.

I was so proud of this one, I think it totalled 52 hours because i tried colouring the entire background in intricate and individually rendered flowers before I eventually gave up. Anyway- the title of this piece is 'death is preferable to loss of virtue' which is inspired by the meaning I found of the flower of the 'dried white rose' and have been using as the title for so many of my projects since.

Never posted this one cause I was embarrassed despite it not being anything explicit but here you go i defeated my fear today.

A piece i made for halloween, i love it so much - solidifies everything the characters' dynamic means to me.

Also for halloween - I SWER I will draw another body horror piece of them I NEED it.

The text reads: Hokuto: What was the point of the rollerblades? Kiria: It's for the look - plus, I let you keep your suit so no complaining!

I hate this piece but the sentiment is there - I was trying to get across the point that kiria finds that hokuto is one of the only people that understands him, which is why hokuto is one of the only ones he cares about.

I doodled his little shikigami thing a million times in my school text books from year 9 to current day.

1st Hokiria body horror piece, I almost kms making this but I really liked the result and I want to redraw this in the near future.

The lyrics in the background are from 'Shine' by take that which i associate with hokiria for whatever reason (they are literally not related to that song AT ALL). I think this was THE first hokiria piece I ever drew.

Kiria realising the seriousness of Hokuto's death - doesn't happen in canon, this was more of a whim to draw.

Hellooooo!! My name is Tzukin/ widely known as Tzukune on other platforms.

I am autistic as many people are on tumblr, and therefore I will be posting my own art which consists mainly of these two gay vampires with a complex toxic relationship from my childhood special interest of the incredibly trashy, terribly written, borderline gooner manga Rosario+Vampire. Basically I've changed the characters so much to fit my own writing standards that they've become my own characters, so stick around for gay vampire oc art if that interests you...
