Just had the most overpriced ride of my life. Let's be clear: Uber driver is nice. 5 stars. After my drop off I changed destination to my friend's house as usual. Except, this time uber MADE ME AGREE TO 1.8 SURGE AT THE SECOND LOCATION. What am I supposed to do? Ask my friend get off and take another ride?!! UNACCEPTABLE. There were NO SURGE when I requested at my pick up. There was nowhere I was informed of this new rule and only AFTER 31 AUG uber will do fixed prices. @uber_sing you have lots of explaining to do. #ripoff #ubersg
