The best Bikini Sandwich in my books! With prosciutto, burrata cheese and truffle butter to make it full of flavour. A simple dish I could have over and over. ⋅ The Burrata & Brocoolini was another favourite for me basically cos it has two of my favourite ingredients featured! 😍 ⋅ Would've liked the Kale to be a little more crisp, but it was tasty nonetheless. ⋅ The thick-cut bacon with maple glaze was tender and flavourful. Another simple dish done well. ⋅ Last of our savoury items was the Hanging Tender Steak which wasn't exactly my favourite. A little too thick cut and chewy for me and might have just been me, but the gochujang sauce was a little bland. Every one else enjoyed the steak though, so probably personal preference or I've lost my tastebuds after two weeks of medication. =\ ⋅ Usually a place we visit for drinks, the small plates at Sugarhall didn't disappoint at all.
