Been clearly putting off reading this for too long!

It’s a great novel: really genuinely funny, in both clever and extremely stupid ways, but not without thoughtfulness. Also an extremely charming queer couple who don’t know they’re a queer couple: but then we are told fairly bluntly that in love the suffering party is generally the last to know about it.

(If you haven’t seen the Michael Winterbottom film, it’s pretty fun too: provided you like Steve Coogan.)

going back to school and actually staying there longer than a month!!!

plane / bus tickets, booze, cigarettes, food (respectively)
