I used to be 210 but it was like a skinny 210 cause my height kinda equalled it out but I knew deep down that was a NO NO because I don't need to be big!! So I finally got the mindset and discipline to help myself loose weight so with in that year and a half I love lost 42 lbs and am putting on muscle weight and toning up!! I used to be ashamed to show my shoulders and or even take a picture of my stomach but now I'm not ashamed I'm proud of how far I've come and keep going!! Yes yall can say I'm crazy but I've struggled wth not being happy with my body image forever and now I'm happy and I feel great so please don't tell me wow your super skinny no honey I'm happy with my body and how far I've come and I'm not putting on weight just to make you happy and make myself miserable as long as I'm happy that's all that matters to me in my life.
