KISAME AND B/SASUKE AND DANZO FIGHTS HAPPEN AT THE SAME TIME. Like wait, can we talk about this??? How the their four VERY strong personalities here dovetail into each other so nicely that even if they aren't all fighting each other, there's a foiling sort of narrative throughline??
Kisame: My village is infamously cutthroat and eventually, after being forced to kill someone I made the mistake of giving half a shit about, I realized I couldn't be loyal to a system founded on disloyalty and depersonalization and the system is broken and needs to be ground to dust to be rebuilt vs B: my village betrayed and hated me for something I couldn't change (being a jinchuriki) but my adopted most important person loved me anyway so for a time I thought I could make peace with it. But I realized eventually that I was trapped and treated like a flight risk rather then a person, so now I resent the village and even brother I've sworn my life and loyalty to. just a little bit.
