Flag of the UCPR (United Celtic Peoples' Republics), based on an alt-history scenario I found (in comments)

Visually similar to the flag of the USSR, with the same colour symbolism, but with a Triskele (triple spiral) as an emblem of the Celtic nations, and five stars to emphasise the federative aspect, with each nation in the union represented by a star. Pity the only nations here are the British Isles' Celtic nations, not Brittany or Galicia. Ah well, might be my next project.
