Been thinking about doing this post ever since I received a super sweet msg from @rybradford saying that while he hadn't finished the book yet, he "always reads the acknowledgements first" and was pleasantly surprised to see his name there. I read them first too, and put a lot of thought into my own endnotes when C+S was getting finalized for publication.
