elyan was that one friend who was friends with everyone else. he was friendly and quiet, easy to get close with. but even among the ones he was friendly with, his true friends were the ones he would do anything for. elyan could be called many bad names, but one thing no one could say was that he wasn’t loyal. he would go anywhere, at any time, no matter what. he was there for people, especially hakyeon. 

hakyeon started as just another guy he went to the pub to have some drinks with, but they became close quickly. elyan, with his quiet character, suddenly saw himself with a friend he could trust. they went out almost every saturday, the day both were free from their duties. it was a nice friendship; much like elyan himself, it was light and free. they had good times together. 

hakyeon was a drinker, however. elyan was sober all the time, so in the dead of nights after the party ends, it was him who took the mad hatter’s son to his bed and made sure he got home safely. it was one of those times. he had the man with his arm around him, barely being able to walk, barely conscious, but still laughing. elyan also had a smile on his face, as he put N on the steps in front of his room.

“I just wanted to help you.”

Julian could only glare up at the taller male, wishing his eyes could pierce through the other’s soul. 

“How exactly was setting my prey free considered help?” He growled, tone dark and intimidating if not for the squish able cheeks the younger male had. His knuckles white from the anger coursing through his veins as his knife still stayed untainted with the coat of beautiful crimson red it usually wore. 

The younger twin was never the type to exactly express many emotions in front of others that weren’t close to him. Although, most of the emotions he did publicly show always happened to be anger (that or fascination.)

♞ - Callused palms brushed against wrinkled tweed, knocking loose the dust and soot that always seemed to accumulate on his clothes with every jaunt to the Hatters domain. Traveling on his own was probably not terribly well advised, but the Knave was too bold for anyone’s good and long had an interest in the various mechanical contraptions created here spurred the youth to another adventure. Speaking of adventure, the thin man pulled up abruptly, spotting someone else just up ahead, bent over exactly the sort of thing that could monopolize his interest for a time. 

Throwing caution to the wind, lengthy legs strode forward until Jack was next to the other person. Lean body folded at the waist, mahogany waves falling into hazel eyes. “What’s that?”
