UFO Tracking
---I also wanted to mention, somewhat more briefly here, about a cool App that I’ve installed and been using on my new Android phone, it being called, “UFO Report Tracker.” It’s cool because apparently someone is taking the constant stream of official UFO reports coming in around the U.S./world and copying them onto this service, which--when desired--provides you with a sound and a notice every time that a new report has been filed, the unseen ones accumulating for you in case you can’t take a look at them right away. Plus, you can look back into the archives of past reports at any time. And lots of reports even have good photos (and perhaps videos) with them as well that pop up very easily. The reports have been coming in at a rate of about 5 reports a day from around the U.S. so far at this time over the last week for me. Most of the reports have been of seeing strange lights and objects in the sky, as one would imagine being the most likely. But what’s most interesting are the ones that start getting closer to where you’re personally located at, which has happened with one of the reports so far for me. Anyway, it’s rather fun, interesting, and cool. I mean, if a person ever found multiple reports suddenly coming in near their area, then they could try going to the specific area themselves and see what might happen! Perhaps it would become another “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” movie in the making! lol. Actually, about a decade or so ago, I saw a very strange light myself in the sky over East Mesa in Arizona while visiting my dad’s place there, although I didn’t report it anywhere because I didn’t know how at the time. And by the way, this App ALSO allows you to file comments yourself associated with the various reports! However, I think that initiating reports probably requires actually contacting a UFO reporting place to do so, I’d imagine. But the App is FREE (with an ad-banner being displayed) and is really cool to know what odd things that people are seeing around you. So I think it might be something that others would also enjoy checking out for themselves, being that there’s always a chance that monitoring such a thing could somehow perhaps eventually lead to something super fascinating happening! Who knows?! :) (Mark Ober, 11/24/2015).
