i watched a documentary about the 1996 varginha brazil ufo incident and while the documentary kind of sucked and the filmmaker was obnoxious, the details of the event were so bizarre i'm still a little creeped out

there was a 2 hour long hearing where congress asked the fbi what's up with the new jersey drone incursion and the fbi repeatedly said they didn't know, they were also worried, and they don't have enough budget to properly find out. the drones are huge, the size of a car, so they're not something a hobbyist could get, and there have been tons of them sighted for weeks.

fan theories include: it's from a foreign government, it's a defense contractor seeing what it can get away with (seems the most plausible to me), it's the us government testing something and lying about it, or of course, it's aliens (who are precisely mimicking our style of drones with faa-approved lights i guess)
