STOOOOP. WHOEVER UNFOLLOWED ME AND BROUGHT ME BACK TO 1499 YOU SUCK.
Literally just took a break from the movie to come check tumblr. If I hadn't read the book I might have liked it but I feel like for a movie based on a book that was massively about mental health the mental health aspect is severely lacking and it causes it just doesn't have the same pull as the book did. I try to stay open minded about book to movies but I feel like this one really missed the mark and a great opportunity to give insight into mental health vs using as just a plot point
I haven’t read the book, but usually the book is always better than the movie. I just finished the movie and......god. I agree that the movie didn’t focus much on how to help or how to handle mental health issues someone or yourself might be dealing with. They kinda breezed over that. It definitely felt like more of a plot point.
high school theater directors really say fuck gay rights huh

I just want a fit gym rat to just want my fat ass. 😥😥😥 I am too damn funny and smart to not be treated like a damn treasure. I am no one's understudy.
